Hi,

i am traying to simulate a model that include a variable resistor ( i work on a electrical model ), this variable resistor change value, the factor between the values is very high, first value = 5.0e-3 Ohm and the other is 2.0e6 Ohm.
Also i tried to change the tolerence value (1e-4) but modelica still could'nt converge. and it stop calculation on the point when the resistor change value.

Is there is some methods to enhance the calculation algorithem, to solve the non convergence problem ??

Try to rewrite the model by adding a stuck state.
