I installed OpenModelica on my D-drive. But the program keeps looking for files on C:. How do I change the working directory?

It seems like the working directory was never really the problem. I had messed up things in the code and consequently, no result files where produced. Thus there where no results to be found.

By default OpenModelica 1.4.4 is omc process is started
in %OPENMODELICAHOME%/tmp by OMShell or OMNotebook.
You can use the cd command to change directories:
cd("drive:/path/to/where/you/want")
